Una década considerada fructífera por la revista Rolling Stone, es la de 1980. Por lo mismo, decidieron realizar un listado con los mejores 100 álbumes.

Como publicaron ellos mismos, “los 80 fue una década que comenzó como si alguien hubiera disparado una pistola de arranque”.

Pop, metal, funk, punk, fueron solo algunos de los géneros que explotaron, y como ellos dicen, comenzaron una revolución.
